Healthy School

We are a healthy school.

Children are welcome to bring a morning snack.  The snack should be fresh fruit or vegetables (but no nuts please).

Berries are a good source of antioxidents.

Grapes come as an easy little parcel for either lunch or break.

Carrots and celery sticks make a chewy snack.  Add other crudites such as raw calabrese or raw cauliflower
