School Meals

Children may choose to bring a packed lunch or to have a hot meal at lunch time. There is always a hot vegetarian option.

The school has been working with the Local Authority on the 'Healthier Child Programme' and as such has developed guidance on Healthy Lunch boxes which is currently out for consultation with parents.

Hot Meals

Hot meals are provided by Nourish.  The cost is £2.25 per child per day.  To see the current lunch menu click here and to see how to order please click here.

Hot meals must be paid for and booked online, through 'ParentPay'.  To book, you will need a unique username and password generated by the school All present pupils have been given unique usernames and passwords.  Should you need a duplicate copy, please talk to the school office.

Free School Meals

Your child may be eligible for Free School Meals if you or your partner receive

  • Income Support
  • Income Based Job Seekers Allowance
  • Child Tax Credit with no element of working tax credit* and a household income of less than £16190 (as assessed by HM Revenue & Customs)
  • National Asylum Seekers Support
  • Guarantee Element of State Pension credit
  • Income Related Employment and Support Allowance

*Please note:  If you have recently stopped working, or have reduced your working hours to less than 16 per week, and are receiving a four week run-on of Working Tax Credit payments, you can apply for Free School Meals for four weeks, at the commencement of the run-on period.
