Stunning Start

It was wonderful to welcome the children in Peridot class to school in September. On our stunnign start day, we took the class from Long Bucby International Airport on a transatlantic trip to the Big Apple (otherwise known as New York).

Once we had landed, we listened to American tunes and tried our hand at drawing pictures of the Statue of Liberty and Mickey Mouse. We enjoyed many taste senstations throughout our journey including Hershey's "cookies 'n' creme" chocolate, delicious home-made apple pies and hotdogs with crispy onions.
